1. Our Commitment
We are committed to protecting children's safety and preventing all forms of sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, and related harmful behaviors. This application strictly adheres to Google's "Child Safety Standards" policy and all applicable laws and regulations, and always prioritizes children's rights and interests.
2. Scope of Application
This standard applies to all users, user-generated content (text, images, videos, etc.), interactive behaviors (such as private messages, live broadcasts, comments), and platform functions (such as review, reporting, age verification). Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive social environment, with additional protection for minor users in particular.
3. Core Prevention Measures
(1) Age Restrictions
Users are required to complete age verification (e.g., ID card verification, facial recognition) during registration. Minors will be restricted from accessing high-risk functions (such as live broadcasting, private messages with strangers, virtual gift rewards).
(2) Content Review
A combination of manual and AI technologies is used to review user-generated content (UGC) 24 hours a day. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation inducement behaviors;
- Sexualized imagery of children (such as vulgar, exposed, or sexually suggestive images of children);
- Illegal content such as "grooming", "sextortion", and "child trafficking".
(3) Code of Conduct
All forms of sexual abuse and exploitation targeting children are prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Inducing children to send private photos under the pretext of "making friends";
- Threatening/extorting children (e.g., coercing by leaking private photos);
- Spreading Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or related "tutorials".
Once a violation is discovered, we will immediately remove the content, ban the account, and report it to law enforcement agencies (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
(4) Reporting Mechanism
Users can report suspicious content/behavior through the following methods:
- In-app reporting: Go to "Mine" → "Feedback and Reporting" to submit;
- Reporting email: lovefindapp@gmail.com (response within 24 hours).
(5) Cooperation and Reporting
We have established cooperative mechanisms with child protection organizations (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and the police. We promptly investigate all CSA cases, report them in accordance with the law, and cooperate with law enforcement agencies by providing user data and case materials.
4. Responsibility and Transparency
We release an annual "Child Safety Transparency Report", disclosing the following information:
- The number of CSA-related violating contents handled and accounts banned in the past year;
- Policy improvement plans (such as upgrading AI review models, optimizing reporting processes).
5. Contact Us
If you find CSA-related content/behavior, you can contact us through the following methods:
- Reporting email: lovefindapp@gmail.com;
- In-app reporting: Open the application → Go to "Settings" → "Help and Feedback";
- Child protection organization: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) (official website: https://www.missingkids.org/).
